About Us
We’ll take care of every aspect of arranging a funeral from the initial consultation to assisting you in choosing the right type of funeral, services and products through to collecting donations for the charity of your choice.
Our Story
We have been supporting local families in the North Cotswold area for over forty years. We have a deep connection to this unique part of the country and, throughout our history, our staff have served its community by living and working in its villages and parishes.
We are proud to be an independent business that is owned and staffed by local people, This enables us to better know the needs and concerns of our customers and source the best local services to ensure the highest quality bereavement care.
We predominantly serve the communities surrounding Northleach, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, and Shipton-under-Wychwood.
We have arranged funerals for all denominations – religious and non-religious – and, over the years, we have catered for all types of individual requests and requirements.
Care the Wright Way
We aim to provide meaningful ways for our families to commemorate the loss of their loved ones and to help families not only mourn their loss but to celebrate and reflect upon the life lived.
We provide a compassionate, supportive and professional service to gently guide you through the many decisions that need to be made at a time when decision-making can be difficult. As a family-owned local funeral home, our staff live in and are part of our local community supporting our neighbours and friends during periods of vulnerability, mental and emotional stress.
We offer a transparent service and pricing policy enabling you to make informed choices in a safe and non-pressurised environment to suit all budgets and being mindful of all religious and cultural backgrounds.
We hold ourselves and the conduct of our funeral home to the continuing ideals of fairness, openness and honesty and we practise to the highest standards demanded not only of our own staff but through the continued acceptance of our membership by SAIF (The National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors).
